Flashback Weekend

Today my nearest and dearests/roommates from college will be arriving (Sarah Barry, Leslie & Nell)!  We try to all get together every summer, and this year I am hosting.  Lots of food, drinks and babies... AND babysitters.  We have been roommates, double date partners (the good and the down right hilarious), and bridesmaided the heck out of each other's weddings. We've argued over cleaning duties, philosophized (yes, it's a word) all night long, and cried together about, well, pretty much everything. It's amazing to see God's grace to all of us as we have gone on to marry the perfect guys for each of us and have (sort of) grown up.  I love that our friendships continue and adjust with each new stage. Now we are on to another chapter, getting to know each other's children. Oh my.

Meanwhile, M will be spending the weekend with his college roommates and friends, coincidentally at Joseph and Nell's house (but I've already told that story). So these guys (forgive the crop, great friends on the left side too, they just couldn't make the weekend)...

will have some fun of their own.  Of course, the girls have been cooking and planning meals for the past month (more to follow on that), while the guys will be content with some krystal runs (and I think Nell's parents have been kind enough to let them take over their grill and pool).
